What are presents?

When an enemy is killed by another player there is a small chance for a present to drop. These presents are categorized as either being good or bad.
The Party Time Trinket can increase the chance for present drops.

Drop rate

Chances of one spawning are dependent on the sum of 3 factors:

Random Value + Amount of Dice the attacker has + party Time Trinket Bonus

These three factors must greater than than 0.90 for a present to spawn

Logic:

IF AmountOfDice >= 1000 THEN AddedBonus = 0.25
ELSE AddedBonus = (AmountOfDice/4,000.0)

RandomValue = (0.00 to 1.00)

IF (AddedBonus + RandomValue + Party Time Trinket Bonus) > 0.90 THEN spawn Present

If the conditions are met for a present to drop then the chances for a Rare Present dropping is 6.25%
